End of year reflections... for an amazing start in 2023

I can't believe we are already in December. Oh, yes I know, you would have heard that a thousand times certainly. It has been such a roller coaster of year... For the whole world obviously, for all of us, and off course for me personally.

On the health side, as most of you know, I started 2022 with a miscarriage and the whole year has been about an IVF journey that has been far from easy and relaxing. This created some periods of stress and as you will all understand with Multiple Sclerosis or any autoimmune conditions, a few flares... no big relapses or progression though. MS is still under control. During my last visit, my Neurologist was really happy, and agreed with me to stay off medications... though, this is my choice anyway. Don't forget, at the end, the choice always belongs to you.
My health and lifestyle have been my main focus and priority this year. And so it should be.. always...
The result is a positive outcome. I can now finally share the news safely with you: the last IVF transfer was a success and I am currently 15 weeks pregnant. It is still a scary and a bit stressful time. I trust my body but I also know the risks... I guess I will be completely relaxed the day baby will be born... until the stress of motherhood takes over lol.
Even if it was my priority, Health has not been my only focus. My business has been through a lot of questioning and changes this year too. My main concern was "How can I serve you all the best?" while also following my own energy and caring for my own well being. I tried a few different things, some worked, some not at all, some needed modifications... I sometimes had to slow down (especially these last 3 months) but I never gave up.
The answers were simple: be authentic and reflect on your own story.
My story is not Multiple Sclerosis. My story is the one of a woman struggling through fertility issues and autoimmunity, a woman finding it hard not to fit in, and a woman battling through what the world has been throwing at us these past couple of years: job losses, financial hardship, isolation... while all I was looking for was simplicity, peace, serenity...
I can tell you that participating to the Expo "Spring Into Well Being" two weeks ago was a massive breathe of fresh air for me, connecting with amazing and beautiful people, all having the health and well being of others profoundly anchored into their heart. It has been a boost of energy and inspiration.
So, I am finishing this year with a few new projects and some old ones being refined, with my main belief at heart: Health is not a luxury, Health should be accessible to everyone. My knowledge does not belong to me, and though I still need to make a living, my purpose is to share it regardless of your situation, living conditions or bank account.
If you need a hand to get your autoimmune condition under control. Reach out. There is always a way for me to support you in your journey.
I also encourage you to reflect on your year and take some perspective on it. Now we still have one month to go. How do you want to finish 2022? How do you want to start 2023? What do you want to be? The answer is now, not later in 2023 when all the so called resolutions are forgotten. Set your intentions now for a healthy successful year and a peaceful Christmas.
