You might have been following me for a little while or you might be brand new to this community, in any case I thought it was time for me to reintroduce myself.

👋 I am Magali. Originally from France with Spanish origins, I moved to New Zealand in 2015 and met Adam, now my husband, in 2016.
I have a strong food and meal sharing culture and always believed that health is in what we are eating. I always thought myself as healthy enough.
I grew up with a lot of social anxiety and depression, as well as hay-fever and other mysterious sickness...
I was already 35 when Adam and me got married and we did not wait to try for a baby. Seeing that it was not happening, our GP put me through a lot of tests to find out what was happening.
One of this test was an MRI. The procedure was supposed to be fast but they kept me for an hour. They found something indeed and it was not what we were expecting.
The MRI led me to more tests and specialists, to finally get diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. In short, Multiple Sclerosis is an autoimmune condition where the nervous system is under attack.
At the time of my diagnosis, I had so many questions, to which the doctor answered: there is no cure and nothing you can do about it except taking this drug for the rest of your life to slow down the process.
You will understand quite easily that nobody made the link between my autoimmune condition and my fertility struggles... until I did my own research and studies.
I am a bit stubborn and when I was told there was nothing I could do, I did not take that as an answer.
I went back to study to learn more about food and nutrition, but also more generally about lifestyle, physical exercises, mindset, sleep, low-toxic living, gut health...
I dived deep into learning and understanding not only Multiple Sclerosis, but Autoimmunity, and Women's Health.
I became a qualified Health Coach to help others get faster on the track to healing. Because there are a lot we can do, drugs (if we choose so) are only one option and do not stop us from trying all the other ones.
Through self-testing, trial and errors, doubts and failures, successes and adjustments, I am now expecting a child for the end of May (IVF success after many fails and a miscarriage) while keeping my Multiple Sclerosis under control (no relapses and no new lesions since my diagnosis).
💫 How?
Through what I call the 4 Pillars of Health: Eat, Move, Sleep, Engage.
By following the science, my learning and understanding, but also by getting to deeply know myself and do what was right for me, and not copying what someone else was doing.
I do not believe in protocols or one-size-fits-all approach, because we are all beautifully unique and individual. But by understanding and reconnecting with what is real and make sense, we can ALL find our own unique path to healing.
✨Healing is possible.✨
And that's how I built my online course, by explaining autoimmunity and lifestyle medicine through 10 lessons accessible for a year but also by giving you the key to create your own healing journey.
It includes your learning materials to go at your own pace, on your own time.
This course will take you straight to the point to deal with your Autoimmune and will avoid you spending too much time (and money) reading researches and going back to school.
I did this work for you.
In health and with love,
Magali xx
